Prelim Round:
Till October 23rd, 2023 , teams can register and submit their entries for the competition, with teams being shortlisted via Devfolio. Participants are required to submit a 2-3 minute video and a 6-10 slide presentation on the platform. The presentation must include details such as the chosen problem statement, the reason for its selection, the proposed solution, a use case description, future project scope, unique selling points, and team information. Results will be announced on October 24th, 2023!

Intense Coding: Dive headfirst into 36 hours of non-stop coding, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Rules and Guidelines

  1. Team should contain at most 6 members.
  2. It's a 36 hour long and continuous Hackathon with no separate lunch/snacks and dinner breaks in between. Participants are free to have their own time and take breaks or rest according to their comfort.
  3. No extra time will be given to the participants for submitting their projects.
  4. No team is allowed to carry their laptops outside the premises for any reason and it is advised that a particular random team member should stay in the premises to guard his/her devices and equipment.
  5. Team members do not need to be from the same colleges.
  6. Travelling expenses will not be covered by the authorities.
  7. Every team will be provided 2 mattresses along with bedsheets. (No pillows or blankets)
  8. Plagiarism or re-using of past work is not allowed, only codes prepared during the duration of hackathon will be accepted.
  9. No Discrimination, Abuse or Harassment will be tolerated.
  10. No Damage should be done to the college premises.
  11. If any violation or suspicious behaviour is found then, the concerned team might be expelled from the hackathon.
  12. Any loss or misplacement of one's own property won't be the responsibility of the event or college or anyone related.
  13. College reserves the right to revise the rules and regulations of these competitions.
